What if you don't have the shoe I selected?

I will recommend an alternative similar style for you to try.

Am I obligated to purchase on the day?

No. Sometimes we may not have the right shoe to suit you.

What if I need to change or cancel my appointment time?

Simple - At least 12 hours notice is required - just call me on 0417 876 388 and we will arrange for another suitable time

Is there a charge for this service?

No. This is a complementary service.
