Shipping & Delivery Policy – Peter Young Shoes

At Peter Young Shoes, we aim to get your order to you quickly and securely. This policy outlines our shipping and delivery process for online purchases.


1. Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment being received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • If there is a delay (e.g. stock availability), we will notify you promptly.


2. Shipping Within Australia

  • We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post (or another trusted courier).

  • Standard Shipping: $15.00 on all orders within Australia

  • Delivery timeframes (estimate only, may vary by location):

    • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days


3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • You can track your order via the courier’s website.


4. International Shipping

  • At this time, we do not offer International shipping

  • If you’d like to arrange a special order outside Australia, please contact us directly.


5. Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control (such as postal delays, courier disruptions, or weather events).


6. Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue.
